第二天,我惊奇的发现蜘蛛已经把小蚂蚱吃了,网上只留下一只空壳。我极为奇怪,蜘蛛为什么不吃壳呢?为了找到答案,我翻阅了很多资料,终于在《十万个为什么》里找到了答案。原来,蜘蛛捕到猎物后,先将猎物用丝缠绕起来,再吐出一种消化液,注入猎物体内,这种消化液可以溶解由蛋白质组成的昆虫的内部组织,待昆虫一命呜呼后,就会变成汁液。蜘蛛就可大口大口地吮吸了。因为昆虫的外壳不是蛋白质组成的,所以蚂蚱的外壳被完整地留在网上。
